Membership Information and Application
Your association with the Honolulu Japanese Chamber of Commerce is one of mutual benefit and reward limited only by the extent of your participation in the activities of our committees, projects, and initiatives. The generation of new ideas and the sharing of expertise, together with the contribution of time and effort are the keys to expanding the horizons of the Chamber and nurturing a powerful entity that will work for you.

Types of Membership
All membership applications are reviewed for approval by our Board of Directors. Upon acceptance, a written confirmation is forwarded to each member.
ACTIVE (A) $350 - General membership status of those who are the only or first representative from a business or professional enterprise. Entitled to all privileges and voting rights. Retains status upon payment of regular dues and assessments.
MULTIPLE (M) - Any additional member from the same business or professional enterprise as an active member. Entitled to all privileges and voting rights. Retains status upon payment of discounted dues and assessments $250/second member and $150/third member and thereafter, and current active status of another member.
ASSOCIATE (T) $110 - Individuals who are: (1) employed by the government or a non-profit organization, or a full-time member of the clergy; (2) retired (under age 65) from active full-time employment, but not eligible for supporting member status.
JAYCEE (J) $110 - Any current member of the Honolulu Japanese Junior Chamber of Commerce. Entitled to all privileges and voting rights.
SUPPORTING (S) $50 - Any former Active member who is either retired after attaining retirement age and not presently employed or, who retired involuntarily due to medical reasons. Entitled to all privileges except for the right to vote, and is exempt from assessment fees.
