The committee maintains Chamber awareness and involvement in government affairs affecting business and the community in general. It establishes and coordinates the Chamber’s positions on public or legislative issues that best reflect the interest of our members. It also holds frequent “Legislative Updates,” and during election years, hosts forums with candidates, particularly major political races, such as the Mayoral Forum.
