Golf Club

Whether you’re a scratch golfer or a beginner, you’re invited to partake in the fellowship of the HJCC Golf Club.  It’s a great way to hone your golfing skills while networking with other players at the 19th Puka for prizes, fun, and ono pupus.

Monthly tournaments are held on the third Tuesday of each month at either Hawaii Kai Golf Course or Pearl Country Club.  The Golf Club assessment is $50 per year, plus a $5 hole-in-one fee.  The tournament fee is $10 and paid upon check-in at the course.  Dues and fees go towards prizes and pupus at the 19th Puka.  The fiscal year begins July 1st and ends on June 30th.   Interested members should prorate their dues as follows, if interested in joining:

• Full fiscal year - $50.00
  2nd quarter - $37.50
  3rd quarter - $25.00
  4th quarter - $12.50

6th Annual 47 Ronin Golf Challenge

Venue: Hawaii Kai Golf Course
Date: Friday, February 1, 2008
Objective: Play 47 holes in one day while raising pledges for Chamber activities.
Time: 1:30 p.m. shotgun start

Samurai Classic Golf Tournament

Venue: Pearl Country Club
Date: Thursday, May 8, 2008
Objective: This is HJCC's premier fundraiser during which a full field of 72 teams (equivalent to 216 players) vie for team prizes while raising funds for Chamber activities.
