The Executive Committee (EXC) carries out the objectives of the Chamber according to the bylaws. The committee monitors and oversees the activities of all standing and ad hoc committees, and the executive affairs of the Chamber; is responsible for the fiscal well-being off the Chamber; assesses and recommends issues and solutions to be addressed by the Board of Directors; acts on behalf of the Board of Directors between meetings of the board in accordance with the Bylaws; is sensitive to issues at the local, national, and international level that may impact the functions or concerns of the Chamber; recommends actions accordingly; and supervises the implementation of the HJCC long-range strategic plan.
